Below you'll find answers to my most commonly asked questions before I start a Webflow Development project. If you don't find the answer you're looking for, please contact me.
Delivery times are based on a few factors, including the project size and complexity. Single landing pages are delivered within a WEEK, full websites take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks and more complex projects can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks.
I designed my first amateur website at the age of 15 and since then have continued learning and building. I’ve been working as a professional designer for 19 years now, 10 of them at startups in Istanbul and Stockholm. I’ve successfully launched more than 100 web projects, helping more than 50 clients with my services.
I've been in Webflow community almost from the start. Since 2016 I’ve been utilizing Webflow within my tech stack to provide unique front-end designs, full-service development, and CMS based solutions for my clients
Along the road, I’ve learned that making clients happy takes a bit more than just outstanding design & development skills. Successful projects take seamless communication, total transparency, tried and true processes, and revenue-minded project management.
My goal as a freelancer is to make it as straightforward as possible for my clients to communicate their needs, get consultation, and implement a high quality solution.
Yes. I'm very used to working with teams that are in different time-zones than mine. I'm happy to adapt.
I live in Turkey. This puts me in 2 hours ahead of London, 7 hours ahead of New York, and 5 hours behind Singapore.
But you don’t have to worry about time zones. I work with clients from all over the world, from Berlin to Zurich to Vancouver!
It's up to you! Some clients prefer to have daily catchups, others weekly meetings. The important thing is that you feel comfortable with the way we work together.
Sure thing. ı can help you with hourly pricing for ad-hoc work. In the scope of a bigger project you can benefit from discounted rates. I also have monthly retainers starting from 5 hours per month. With these you can benefit from discounted rates and faster turnarounds on small tasks.
Once the Webflow project is transferred to your account, I offer 30 days of bug fixing and Webflow training. During this period, you can reach out to me with all your project-related questions.
I work with companies of all sizes–from startups to enterprise companies–and treat everyone with the same respect and consideration. Your project and information will always be kept confidential, unless express permission is given to share.
No. Never. If you contract me, it's because you trust me. I'll give back that trust, with hard work and an honest relationship.
I usually work remotely from my home office in Datça, Turkey.
If you aren’t sure about the design or the strategy I have implemented, then let me know. I'll always be here to talk through why I designed something a particular way or why your strategy is the way it is. I want you to feel confident and excited about your project. If something doesn’t feel right about it, then we'll work together to find a solution that works.
Yes! I don't reserve any rights to the designs other than the ability to display the finished work on my website with my clients permission. More terms are specific in my Contractor Agreement.
Yes, you can! I will need you to send over the completed source files so I can review the complexity of design, interactions, and content - then I can give you a proper proposal. Alternatively if you're looking to rebuild your current website within Webflow, then just send me the domain to your current website for me to review.
Yes, I can keep your current design, and redevelop the site in Webflow while keeping the current design & URL/SEO structure.
Yes, I'm comfortable working within certain brand guidelines and utilizing your current logo and brand identity and I'm happy to give recommendations for improvements without completely redesigning your brand identity.
I'm 100% hands on for launch. I will launch the site for you and make sure everything is in full working order. After the launch, I'm with you for 30 days. Any weird things, issues, or ‘OMGs, we totally forgot this tiny little thing’, - I'm here for you un-billed and as part of the original project scope.
Within the first week of hand-off, I will onboard you to your new Webflow site. You'll receive a mini training series created specifically for you and your team. You'll be editing and growing your new website with ease!
After 30 days, I will of course still be available for priority questions via email.
Yes, I have several after launch support options. You can have my help on ad-hoc hourly basis or as a monthly retainer depending on your needs. Contact me for more details.
No problem. I can continue working on your Webflow website until you are 100% satisfied.
No, I specialize in web design and Webflow Development only. But I have talented friends who I can recommend.
Pricing is based on a few factors, including: project size and complexity, how quickly you need it (speed), and level of animations you require. As soon as you tell me a bit more about your project I'll give you a quote.
The most effective way for me to understand the deliverables of your new Webflow project and how you should spend is for you to create a scope of work and send it in to me.
If it's a simple project, sending a sitemap of all the pages included within your project scope will be okay to start.
Here's some steps to follow if you're not sure where to start with your scope of work:
I will take in all of this information and create a scope of work proposal for us to review. Once you’re ready, we can review the proposal together over a follow-up call.
Yes – new work relationships always start with a fine contract outlining our rights and duties.
On top of this, I write contracts that are fair for both sides — because I believe that business is a mutual exchange, not a matter of how to take advantage of someone.
All kinds. The last few years I've worked on retention contracts, contracts per project and lots of other different formulas. Let's talk and I'm sure we'll find a way.
I usually charge per project. I prefer to fix a price and focus on creating something great instead of counting hours ;)
Once you agree to the project price and timeline, I'll send you a 50% downpayment invoice. This can be paid by regular bank transfer in USD, EUR or GBP. Upon completion of the project, I'll send you the final invoice.
I also offer a 10% discount for complete upfront payment on any project. So if your project costs $5,000, you'd save $500 by paying upfront.
For longterm collaborations or complex, lengthy projects, I may accommodate different payment structures.
You can pay me with your local currency. I have bank accounts in United States (USD), Belgium (EUR), United Kingdom (GBP), Canada (CAD) and Singapore (SGD)
I request a 50% deposit from new clients. Long-term clients just pay their invoices in a timely manner at the end of each month or at completed milestones.
Shortly, to ensure that from the beginning the client has the same level of commitment to the project that I have.
A down payment lessens the absolute risk either party takes. Without a down payment I, as a small freelance business owner, have to take on 100% of the financial risk in the project. Down payment takes some of my risk and places it on the client, but overall it’s fair to both parties.
When down payment is set, I can allocate the necessary amount of time for your project, turning down other projects if needed.
If I’ve already started working on your project after receiving the down payment and you decide to hit the abort button, then I will not refund your down payment.
As a disclaimer, I want to say that I’ve always completed my projects and I work with you until you are completely satisfied with the final artwork.
Have a new Webflow project in mind? I'm ready to talk.
