These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cagd.as (the "Site"), operated by Çağdaş Ünal ("I", "me", "my"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation.

2. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this Site, including text, design, images, and code, is owned by or licensed to Çağdaş Ünal and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without permission.

3. Bookings and consultations

The Site lets you schedule a call or consultation through an embedded Cal.com scheduler. Booking a time arranges a conversation only; the Site does not sell products or take payments online. Any work or engagement that follows is subject to a separate agreement.

4. Third-party links and services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (such as Cal.com) that I do not control. I am not responsible for their content, availability, or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the Turkish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
